![]() That grub will list all Linux installations at the boot menu including Mint/Ubuntu and WIndows if present. One of the two grubs will take "control" of the boot process, usually the last installed OS. If you install Ubuntu and Mint, they will use the same the EFI folder, called Ubuntu. Get rid of the custom theme and rerun update-grub to see if it fixes the issue. ![]() I'm not really worried about the EFI selector as Grub will be able to boot either distro correct? I mean, won't it actually be the same grub on the boot partition? Or will there be two versions of grub on the boot partition (one for each distro)? Note that I didn't copy the stuff that was commented out to save space but I can upload the whole file if you want.
